Stress Busters: When Enough is Enough

Stress is inevitable. Actually, a little bit of stress is essential to staying alert and motivated. But when stress goes from energizing to exhausting it’s time for the stress busters program. This six-week program includes daily audios for deep relaxation that incorporate the ancient techniques of Yoga Nidra (a deeply relaxing form of guided meditation) mindfulness exercises, brief concentration meditation instruction, and teachings on how to develop an awareness of potentially destructive self-talk. This program teaches you the tools you need to learn the transformative practices of perfecting the pause, dwelling in the moment, and rewriting your inner dialogue. Changing how you relate to stress, changes how you react to it. Bust out of your stress rut. It not always possible to change stressful conditions, therefore learning to change the way you relate to those conditions helps to bust your stress response down to a more manageable level.
